Are best upside down
They are kind of blinding right side up, but are very convenient for color coding when printed upside down. I like the grey background that doesn't allow any previous labels to show through- thus you can recycle your folders.

Organizing by Color
I use this label (and a few other colors) to organize the areas of my office. Green is for general files, yellow for one committee's files, and blue for the board files. When I'm looking for a particular folder, I know exactly which color label I'm looking for and I won't mis-file it in the wrong drawer. I can easily print up a batch of labels by date or number through the printer and have them ready when I need them.
