False Claims
I purchased these highlighters because of the "Smearsafe(TM) ink for virtually no smearing on ink jet printouts, newspapers, magazines, and faxes" but it smeared the "inkjet printout" so badly I had to re-print it and start over. If they weren't so cheap I would insist my money be refunded. The retractable part is also VERY hard to push down. It is nothing like a pen which easily clicks up and down. I don't recommend these highlighers.
Cons: smears print easily; retracting is very hard
