JOINING THE SHOPLET.COM AFFILIATE NETWORK

Why join?

As a Shoplet.com Affiliate, you'll be linked to one of the world's leading online e-commerce companies in the office and office related products sector and earn commissions on every referred sale. If you have a web site, you can join our Affiliate Network and earn money by promoting any of our products from your site using the banner links we provide you. Each time a visitor clicks from your site to Shoplet.com to purchase items, you earn commissions.

How does the Shoplet.com Affiliate program work?

You place promotional links to us on your web site. We'll then pay you up to 10% on all sales you refer to our site on a monthly basis (excluding online gift certificates).

Is my site eligible to become a Shoplet.com Affiliate?

Shoplet.com will be working with a limited number of high quality sites. We reserve the right to refuse any site containing objectionable material, including pornography, explicit language or content, or support for violent or discriminatory groups.

What does it cost to join?

Nothing. It's absolutely free to join the Shoplet.com Network and you can cancel at any time.

Can a web site based outside the United States be a Shoplet.com Affiliate?

No, currently Shoplet.com doesn't ship items outside of the United States.

Can I link my site to Shoplet.com and to other online office products stores at the same time?

No, you cannot have links with other online office retailers.

Can other retailers/e-tailers be Shoplet.com Affiliates?

No, other office product retailers or e-tailers aren't eligible to be Shoplet.com Affiliates.

Will you promote my site?

No, currently we don't promote affiliate network sites.

Do I have to build an online store?

No, you can link to our site directly.

LINK(S) MANAGEMENT

How do I create links to Shoplet.com?

Once you've been approved, login to your account with Commission Junction (CJ), our affiliate program vendor, and click on Get Links. Then search for Shoplet links. You'll find the latest selection of our links here.

Can I use the Shoplet.com name and logo on my site?

Yes, but you can't alter our logos in any way.

Can I include specific information about your products on my site?

No, please include only the links we make available to you within the CJ network.

I have more than one URL, can I register each of them?

You may register more than one URL as long as they are different sites and not multiple URL's of the same one.

How should I design my web site?

You are free to design your site and promotion as you see fit and as long as it does not violate our Affiliate Agreement. Our newsletters also give helpful hints for products, placement, and promotion.

What are my responsibilities as a Shoplet.com Affiliate?

You're responsible for using approved links and placing them on your site. You can set up as many links as you'd like to Shoplet.com.

What are Shoplet.com's responsibilities?

Shoplet.com will provide you with the tools and support that you need to establish yourself as a Shoplet.com Affiliate. We also handle orders, shipping, billing, customer service, sales reporting, and paying your commissions.

Can I take orders on my site and send the information to Shoplet.com?

No, Shoplet.com will process all orders directly.

TRACKING AND PAYMENT

How are orders tracked and credited to my site?

All links from your site to Shoplet.com contain your tracking code that links all activity back to your site id. Every time a customer comes to Shoplet.com via your site and makes a purchase we know to credit your site. To make sure that all purchases are tracked correctly, all links must be from the selection of links available at Commission Junction.

How much will I be paid?

Up to 10% of final net sales (for more details, see our Affiliate Agreement).

When will I be paid?

You'll be paid on the 1st of each month, provided your CJ account exceeds CJ's Minimum Balance Amount, for transactions reported the previous month and your commissions exceed $25. All checks will be mailed to the billing contact you pun on the Affiliate Application.

How will I monitor my sales?

We offer online reports through the Commission Junction network. These reports give you a variety of information, including how many customers linked to Shoplet.com from your site, and how much your site has earned in commissions.

Do I have sales quotas?

No.
