Removes microbiological cysts including 99.99 percent cryptosporidium and 99.99 percent giardia. Also reduces lead (98 percent), copper (96 percent), asbestos (99 percent), zinc (96 percent), sediment (97 percent) chlorine, bad taste and odor. Lasts one to two months (40 gallons).
