Each 7 1/2" x 11", two-part carbonless sheet has a "to do" list on the left side that stays in the pad. On the right side, four perforated sections of action items organize your things to do with preprinted spots for date, date due, action required and subject. Tear off these self-adhesive, repositionable sections individually. The pad will keep a copy of your action items, and you can take action item wherever you need to go. 200 sets in each pad.
