    Steps To Proceed

    Purchase
    Purchase a new HP eligible printer from SHOPLET.COM between September 1, 2006 and January 31, 2007.

    Claim form
    Complete the online claim form via the HP provided site. You will receive a confirmation page and quote number upon submission. Reference your quote number for all questions relating to this promotion. The claim form must be complete no later than February 28, 2007.

    Proof of purchase
    Send in the proof of purchase showing that the new HP eligible printer was purchased, in order to receive the next steps for shipping. The proof of purchase must be received no later than February 28, 2007.

    Shipping instructions
    Once your claim and proof of purchase is received by HP's promotion headquarters, shipping instructions for your trade-in product will be sent electronically. Trade-in products must be picked up by HP's designated freight carrier within 30 days from the date you submit your online claim form or by March 30, 2007, whichever date occurs first.

    Trade in products
    You may trade in any HP or non HP laser printer. HP pays for the recycling, and the laser printer does not have to be in working condition.

    Cash back
    Once your trade-in documentation is verified, allow 6 - 8 weeks from the time your trade-in claim is complete to get your cash-back check. Completion of claim includes receipt of proof of purchase and product.
